Teeth Bonding
Teeth bonding is used as a relatively simple method of disguising small defects such as chipped or crooked teeth or gaps between teeth. If you’re looking for a fast, minimally invasive and inexpensive option for a beautiful smile, then teeth bonding in Florida may be right for you
Confident Smiles with Gables iSmile
Gables iSmile , a cosmetic dentist in Florida provides teeth bonding treatment in Florida. If you’re interested in cosmetic tooth bonding and want to have a consultation with a tooth bonding dentist in Coral Gables, please contact our dental spa. The cosmetic dentistry treatment of teeth bonding involves preparing your teeth with an etching solution and applying special composite resin materials – very similar to those used for white fillings – to your teeth.
What to Expect?
Teeth bonding often starts with the removal of some surface enamel, allowing the dentist to best shape the composite resin to your tooth, followed by the application of the bonding agent. However, in most cases, we do not cut down the teeth at all.
Your dentist will then add the composite resin, cure it with a special light and finish by polishing your teeth. Because the process involves a high level of technique for a natural mold and shape, it’s best to work with a dentist who has experience in this area.
Having bonding requires maintenance so you’ll need to see your dentist for regular check-ups. The teeth are also prone to chipping and staining. You should avoid biting down on particularly hard foods or ice to prevent cracking.
